I am happily settling into my first property purchase of my own, thanks to Linda and Bill!

Linda had put my beloved son-In-law and at least 3 of his friends into homes, and she came highly recommended to me. I now know why from my own experience. She truly worked for me. not a quick sale,

I gave her my parameters, she set up an Internet gateway’ that emailed my “matches’ daily, and when! saw something of interest, we went to see it in person. There was never any pressure to look at anything that didn’t feel right to me. If I didn’t like It from the street, Linda just said, ~0kay, next”.

Linda and Bill work beautifully together, always managing to be there for the needs of their clients, are such nice people, and are so easy to work with. AND, their lender that we used, Alan, is a magic man. Without his creativity, I could never have managed to get 100% financing ~ an affordable payment schedule.

Remax 2000 was, unfortunately, not the first realty firm we contacted when selling our home in Gilbert.  A co-worker told me about the wonderful duo that sold homes in their neighborhood.  The friend said that not only would they sell our home quickly, they would help us enjoy the process.  With those words of praise in my mind, I called and spoke to Bill Dowdy.  His phone conversation had almost convinced me that he was the person I wanted to represent us, but he wanted to meet and make a presentation with his business partner, Linda Cooklin.   

We met in the evening after a full day of work for all of us.  Much to my surprise, Linda and Bill turned out to be the “Beth and Bill” of real estate.  What a partnership they are! 

They are light hearted, knowledgeable, positive, professional, and confident.  They know the East valley area and are willing to find even the seemingly least significant code to have the home ready to sell.   

From the first bid on the house to the closing on the house, they continued their involvement, keeping us on top of all the information passing hands and FAX machines.  We know that we were not the only clients they had, but they made us feel as if we were.  And, did I mention, they are so funny; a sense of humor is very important, and they made the process so much nicer.

Thanks Linda and Bill, you made selling our home a very good experience.  We will recommend you to anyone wanting to sell a home in the valley.

When my mother-in-law needed to sell her home in Dreamland Villa, we felt that it would be difficult to help her since she lived in Arizona and we lived in California. But with the help of Linda and Bill we were able to get the selling price she needed as well as move her and finalize all the needed paperwork. I know there were difficulties along the way but they were handled so smoothly that we hardly noticed them. We highly recommend their services.
